For my brothers Bachelor, and his fiancée's Bachelorette party the wedding party decided to escape to the woods. The cabin was the perfect base for our 4 day weekend. Plenty of sleeping room, OUTSTANDING covered back deck with fire pit, stocked game room and fire pit. We rented a pontoon boat on the Allegheny Reservoir one day and did the zip lining/ropes course another day. The cabin is a quick 10 minutes out of Ellicottville for when we wanted to venture in town for dinner. Great Experience all around, highly recommend it!

Do yourself a favor and stop looking for somewhere to stay close to EVL. Carley House Too is and has everything you will need. This was my 4th time staying at the house. Perfect 12 + girls get away. Spacious. Very easy to book and never had a problem with the rental.

We do a yearly girl's ski trip to Ellicottville and this year's accommodation at Carley House did not disappoint! From the minute we walked in we felt right at home and relaxed. It is furnished and stocked exactly like you think a getaway cabin should be. (even had a waffle maker! We will remember that next year!). The hot tub was a nice end to ski days and we got lucky with some clear skies and stars. I can't say enough good things about the place and Annette who we dealt with. Thanks for a great time, we will return next year for sure!

We had a group of eight stay at this Cabin on March 13-15, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. The price for what is offered is beyond reasonable. The pro's: Hot tub, pool table (albeit a bit cramped one), Foosball, air hockey table, enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably, a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful and unique décor, etc. etc. The cons: absolutely nothing. The house was immaculate when we arrived and was conveniently located for Holiday Valley skiing. The ONLY slight negative was one of the bumpers on the pool table - the bolts are stripped on it and it needs to be epoxied. We're all pool players (brought sticks) so someone had to hold the bumper for shots. Thanks again David for providing us with such wonderful quarters. We will most certainly be coming back.

Our family has taken an annual ski trip for years! We have even stayed at the Carley House Too before. But all the improvements to the house just make it that much nicer. We have had ten people and we have had just six, and the Carley house always suits our needs. Close to skiing in Ellicottville, close to the Casino, and just very comfortable. The Best Getaway - can't wait for next year! As always our stay was great but over to soon. We did check out a few new places and spent an entire day at Red House Lake - it was beautiful there. Great place to relax! This was our 4th year staying at the Carley House & as usually it was a great time! Plenty of stuff to do to keep busy, play pool, horseshoes, foosball, air hockey & of course enjoy the hot tub. You can visit Amish country or go to the casino, all very close by. The house is roomy & makes you feel like you're home. We'll be going back next year!
